Each year Check Point staff select a worthwhile cause to raise money for. This year we have chosen the St Elizabeth Hospice in Ipswich, a cause very close to the heart our colleague Alwyn, who raises a great deal of money for them in the memory of his daughter - Toni.

So on the 26th October, we will be fighting the Cabs, Buses, elements and rogue cyclists as we make our way through the crowded streets of London to the green and pleasant pastures of Essex and ultimately Ipswich. The total distance is 105 miles - a challenge, not only for the occasional cyclist amongst us, but due to the traffic conditions and weather; for those of us that profess to have joined the ever growing tribe of MAMILS.
