Every year at Check Point Software (The company I work for, over 2years now) we get involved in a Charity event.

In 2017 we have chosen to work with the St Elizabeth Hospice charity in Suffolk, the chosen charity of our work colleague Alwyn Nash who has completed many cycle rides in memory of his daughter Toni, you can find more information here https://www.ridefortoni.co.uk/our-vision  

We have decided to really challenge ourselves physically and given the time of year if the weather is really inclement mentally as well, so fingers crossed for a dry day.

There will be 10-15 of us setting off from the Check Point Offices in central London at 7am on Thursday 26th October, after dodging London cabs and buses we will be cycling to Ipswich using a winding route which will be around 105 miles, this will be the latest leg in the ride for Toni.

My personal best on a bike is 56miles so nearly doubling this will be quite a challenge but it's all in a good cause.
